Krysty and the rest of the team have been helping my mother over the last 6+ months and it has been a huge help to the whole family. The team have been caring, supportive and very flexible to the family needs as they age changed. My mother has built a good relationship with the whole team and really enjoys her weekly trips out to farms shops and the shops plus monthly reengagement events. The administrative side of the business has been spot on and there have not been any issues. I would recommend Bluebird highly

My experience of Bluebird has been excellent. The carers have all been ones my mum got on with very well, and the continuity from carer to carer has been very good - a small cast that she sees again and again, who communicate with each other on the important matters. Their instructions and note-taking are meticulous. The management team are kind, responsive, clear communicators and have frequently shown their willingness to go beyond the call of duty - as have the carers themselves. I have been very happy with Bluebird Care. Over the years, I have never had to complain about their service or their staff. I'm happy to remain with them, and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

The carers are both very friendly and nice people, the companionship care is the only time I go out so it is important. There have been a few last minute changes that sometimes throw me but those can't be helped. I have really appreciated flexibility and effort going in to being as consistent as possible, and going the extra mile when I had some confusion last month.

In my opinion bluebird care is a good care for people who are disabled. They manage to clean well, come on time and provide necessary information. I would recommend this company. It handles management well enough too.

I have found Bluebird Care to be flexible, responsive & reliable They have supported me after 2 heart attacks & enable myself & my husband who has Alzheimer's Disease to live at home. Thank you!

My mother receives home visits from Bluebird Care three times a week. Initially she was unsure about having someone come and visit her in this way, but now she looks forward to the visits and would not be without them. The carers are kind, thoughtful, considerate, patient, caring and professional. This is backed up by supportive, helpful and caring office staff. It makes such a difference knowing that my mother is in such good hands, and that additional support and guidance is there as and when needed. Many thanks!
