Caring staff who manage my needs in a considerate manner. I have mostly had the same carers, which I requested and the management team responded to. As I have my personal needs carried out by the carers, I wanted those I felt comfortable with and have built up a positive relationship with. My daughters have dealings with the management team who always listen to what they say and have formed a professional relationship with as a family we are very happy with the service.

I am very happy with the service being provided for my grandmother. Staff are very chatty and have a very caring nature. I would recommend Bluebird Care to anyone. Very impressed with the staff who have been trustworthy and very friendly to us.

We are using Bluebird Care to look after the needs of our mother - we have found them to be very professional and the staff are all very friendly and caring. They provide our mother with the assistance she needs to be able to live as independently as possible. The family are very pleased with the level of care provided.

We are very pleased with the experience and attitude with the Carers that come. They are very friendly. Money has gone up twice since started.

This care package has made a great difference to my parent's quality of life, enabling her to remain in the home yet receive care and support that she needs to retain independence. She has thrived, being able to do things that were previously a struggle. Have been very satisfied with service supplied by Bluebird Care (Birmingham East) to my parent, who is partially sighted and cannot look after herself in a safe manner. The staffs are very caring. Was very impressed with their dedication and commitment especially during the snow we had in December. They made a point to visit and made sure my dad was attended and supported. They are on time and never missed a call till now. Many thanks to the whole team in Bluebird Care Birmingham East.

Bluebird Birmingham East cared for my Grandad and staffs were wonderful, really cared and wanted to help him to be as independent as possible. Treated him as a human rather than just a patient. When he was unwell she even gave me her mobile number so that I could keep her updated in her personal time. Would definitely recommend Bluebird Care to look after your loved one.
