My carers are efficient and polite and helpful. Any change in the rota, even 15 minutes, makes it difficult as I have diabetes and I'm disabled.

Overall Bluebird Care Birmingham East is a great care provider to Mum. From the initial enquiry to the ongoing care they provider we are very pleased. The carers are consistent 9/10 times and they always turn up close to the allocated time, calling us in advance if there's any delays or issues. Mum has a good relationship with the carers and they treat her and our home with dignity and respect, adapting their work to her individual needs each day when they attend.
