The staffs are very caring. Was very impressed with their dedication and commitment especially during the snow we had in December. They made a point to visit and made sure my dad was attended and supported. They are on time and never missed a call till now. Many thanks to the whole team in Bluebird Care Birmingham East.

Bluebird Birmingham East cared for my Grandad and staffs were wonderful, really cared and wanted to help him to be as independent as possible. Treated him as a human rather than just a patient. When he was unwell she even gave me her mobile number so that I could keep her updated in her personal time. Would definitely recommend Bluebird Care to look after your loved one.
