It was overall a great move. The crews on both ends were dedicated professionals that were very careful with my belongings. I Highly Recommended!

I do not recommend this company. We received clear assurances from the salesperson, including a binding quote, confirmed dates, and a full virtual walkthrough of our home. Less than a week before our cross-country move, both the price and schedule changed. The cost increased by approximately 4k, even though we had sold items from our home after the original walkthrough and had not added anything new. Whatever you do, do NOT select BLVD Moving to ship your household goods. They're incompetent beyond belief, there's no coordination, the left hand doesn't know what the right had is doing, and you can count on them to stretch the truth about the services they'll provide.I foolishly included antique glasses in my shipment. BEWARE STAY AWAY! I paid almost $5000 to have my items from my house moved from **************, to ****, only 450 miles. My items were loaded on a Wednesday, and I was told by Brie the supervisor that they would get me them by the weekend as I'm starting a new job on the Monday after. Cross country move. I was told they are 100% direct and not a broker. They brokered/agented to 2 other companies for pick-up and drop-off. Poor communication within their business model. Sketchy long distance operation. No callbacks (only reachable thru customer service). Gave me 2 different quotes within 1 week between 2 different salesmen. Headshots are selfies.
