I wish that I came here prior to accepting this company as my move. At initial ***** was really nice and like other reviews 2-14 but assurance was should not take that long. Still waiting and when I call, I don't get a clear answer or no response via email or call back. The actual picked up dates moved due to logistic issues which at first I hesitated and than agreed to move date of pick up which I figured once they picked up, the truck would be bringing my items but nope they dropped off in ** and crickets. I recently used BLVD Moving for a long-distance move, and one of my items arrived soaked through, mold-damaged, and completely ruined. This was not a minor issue the clothing inside was destroyed due to water exposure during transport, not because of how it was packed.Their crew wrapped my bags in professional plastic wrap, and every other bag packed the exact same way arrived undamaged, which clearly indicates a specific incident or mishandling occurred with this item while in their possession.Despite providing photos, docu... read more

Misinformation should be the name of this company. They give you as little of the important information as they can to rope you into moving with them. I was told multiple times, before reserving a date with this company, that the window of delivery for my things would be between 2-14 days. What they didn't tell me is that my stuff could just be sitting in some warehouse for over a week before it even left it's origin. Many of my items were never delivered. Some very expensive or of sentimental value I contacted this company for more than a year after my move and they never addressed my missing items I asked they speak to the gentleman who ran my pickup they never did He wouldve remembered.
