Lies and purposefully beats around the **** regarding dates. Informed early July they can deliver starting about a week after contact. This triggers their 21 day dispatch timeframe. Late July, had yet to receive my items. A call to dispatch said had yet to dispatch (still within the 21 days) but a second call (after the 21 days) informed me that they had dispatched in the interim. Once dispatched, this triggers a 10 day delivery window. On day 10 with no call for the 24h headsup for next day arrival, I called dispatch again ... read more

I've worked with a lot of companies over the years and this by far is the worst company I have worked with in terms of communication. They never respond, never answer, give false promises. They said my stuff would be there multiple times, it never showed, then they gave me some excuse that it could take up to 21 days for certain circumstances, I don't think it being left in the warehouse is something that qualifies. They also just have no idea where your stuff is, no transparency. Very dishonest company to work with.

DO NOT ENGAGE THEM!!!We were lead to believe that goods will arrive on time as requested, never mentioned extended delivery window of up to 21 ************ center just relays the same standard message and were told that even a manager call back has a 72 hr window and cant even explore alternative options for faster delivery.Feels like we are scammed of our time and the cost we have to incur to purchase basic furniture/ items due to the extended delay.

I would NOT recommend BLVD for your moving needs.I hired them to move a studio apartment from ************** to *******, selecting them because they were listed in ****** as a top moving company that did not subcontract services. This company is a liar their relocation expert ****** *. told us that they will move goods in 7 to 10 days they gave that in writing on email and now its 11 days our goods are not here we moved from east coast to west coast they are not g8ving us the status **** and ****** are not answering our calls or messages their accounts is threatening us and my husband has fallen sick dealing with them we are staying and paying for our temporary accommodation. Overall a terrible experience. As a retired military member who has completed over 12 domestic and international moves I can say with zero doubt this is the absolute worst moving experience I have ever had. The sales team that books your reservation will tell you everything will get packed but then the movers arrived and were told something entirely different. I strongly recommend not using this company. I would give no stars if I could. Three weeks before the end of my move, I worked with an Account Manager (****** R) to do a household move. I They gave me a binding estimate for this in-city move, I sent them my deposit, and all was fine. ONE-day before the move, they (B/****) called to say the cost of the move would be $2000 more than the binding estimate. I was appalled. $3,000 instead of $1,000??! I had a binding estimate I said. ********, this company has to be one of the most dishonest companies out there! Not only do they quote you one price, and the rip you off if they make a mistake, they damage your belongings, steal them, and then ghost you when you are asking for a response. If dishonestly were a master class, Blvd moving would have an A. As a business, they Fail! I was recently quoted $2800 for a move, then blown off for 3 weeks.
