I only give them 1 star because of the amazing delivery drivers that dropped our stuff off, otherwise I'd give 0 stars. ****** and ********* were absolutely amazing. They are a terrible, disreputable moving company.I was given an estimate of $6,000 to move. After taking my deposit of ***** I was informed that the move would now cost $25,000. I believe the only reason I got my deposit back is because of the diligence of the storage unit supervisor. She took pictures of a bag with broken glass left outside of the opened storage container. After the driver left.
Run! This company quoted a fair price then continuously increased the price after already having belongings packed away. New price is ridiculous and unaffordable so they keep ur belongings.I wish the Better Business Bureau would check all those five star reviews that are obviously written with the same language causing me to believe they are written by a small group of people that know the company.
Terrible company that makes promised that are left unfulfilled. Was told items would ship in a timely manner and are still sitting in ***********I am told my not show up for two to three more weeks.Unacceptable, I cant move in until they arrive.They promise to call back but cant even do they that. Worst is a paid for the entire service.
I find a gig on ********** from blvd moving, the driver agreed to pay $120 for job on the 3rd floor . After moving 3/4 of items with a lot boxes and load in the truck in 1 hour 20 **. The driver say he want me to go home and cursing loud in the customer neighborhood. He refused to pay my $120, I drove from ******* to ******* 1h45 and 1h38 to come back home. I called the office in ********** to assist me recovering my pay but no one care about that. Do not hire them , that is not right
I cannot tell you what a joke this company is. Two weeks late to get my items, 4 items not tagged. Still missing 4 totes and my brand new propane camping fire. Voicemails are always full. I think they do that on purpose. No one calls you back. They do not care. Run very fast from this company. Just an fyi out there to you all, $30.00 a day for being late. But they don't tell you that. This company has given me the run around for over a month now. I needed my goods to be weighed for military entitlements and they did not weigh my goods. I paid the 150$ fee for the weight tickets and come to find out they were never done. I had to do all of my own research and even called CAT scales for my weight tickets to find out they were never done. Glad these people appreciate the service members who serve their country so they can enjoy their freedoms. Do not hire this company! I didn't have a choice in the matter.
Handicapped Elder Abuse!! DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! Almost one month and they still have not delivered my extremely disabled Mother's belongings, including her hospital bed and mobility wheelchair! I am beyond disappointed and upset with this company!!! I entrusted my Mother's move from Assisted Living in ********** to *******! Booked a move a few months ago for 6/30, i was given a pick up window between 11am and 4pm. It is now 7pm, the office is closed and my movers never showed up. I called the office several times and was given a ton of excuses that changed every time i called because they couldn't even keep their stories straight. Lies, excuses and then finally a no show with them pocketing my deposit. Do not trust BLVD moving, this company is completely incompetent.
