Cross country move. I was told they are 100% direct and not a broker. They brokered/agented to 2 other companies for pick-up and drop-off. Poor communication within their business model. Sketchy long distance operation. No callbacks (only reachable thru customer service). Gave me 2 different quotes within 1 week between 2 different salesmen. Headshots are selfies.
Were warning you: DO NOT hire this moving company, BLVD MOVING.Even if you dont see any NEGATIVE reviews, its because they DELETE them. I have moved multiple times across the country, and I can say without hesitation that my experience with BLVD Moving was the worst I've ever had. The reason I hired BLVD Moving in the first place was because they assured me they could handle a single move that would split between two destinations: ***********, ******* (for me) and *********, ********* (for my girlfriend). BLVD Moving is nothing but a lying BROKER. They gave the run around about being a small family owned company and NOT a broker. They were very proud of that fact. They proceeded to give me a quote over the phone that took a weirdly short amount of time and was weirdly inexpensive. All of the customer service was great, really nice people. They lacked communication when giving the accurate date our stuff would be delivered to our new home, then tried to charge us a rush fee to get our stuff delivered on the date they initially promised us. They gave us $100 back since they cracked our TV.
Lies and purposefully beats around the **** regarding dates. Informed early July they can deliver starting about a week after contact. This triggers their 21 day dispatch timeframe. Late July, had yet to receive my items. A call to dispatch said had yet to dispatch (still within the 21 days) but a second call (after the 21 days) informed me that they had dispatched in the interim. Once dispatched, this triggers a 10 day delivery window. On day 10 with no call for the 24h headsup for next day arrival, I called dispatch again ... read more

I've worked with a lot of companies over the years and this by far is the worst company I have worked with in terms of communication. They never respond, never answer, give false promises. They said my stuff would be there multiple times, it never showed, then they gave me some excuse that it could take up to 21 days for certain circumstances, I don't think it being left in the warehouse is something that qualifies. They also just have no idea where your stuff is, no transparency. Very dishonest company to work with.
DO NOT ENGAGE THEM!!!We were lead to believe that goods will arrive on time as requested, never mentioned extended delivery window of up to 21 ************ center just relays the same standard message and were told that even a manager call back has a 72 hr window and cant even explore alternative options for faster delivery.Feels like we are scammed of our time and the cost we have to incur to purchase basic furniture/ items due to the extended delay.
