I would NOT recommend BLVD for your moving needs.I hired them to move a studio apartment from ************** to *******, selecting them because they were listed in ****** as a top moving company that did not subcontract services. This company is a liar their relocation expert ****** *. told us that they will move goods in 7 to 10 days they gave that in writing on email and now its 11 days our goods are not here we moved from east coast to west coast they are not g8ving us the status **** and ****** are not answering our calls or messages their accounts is threatening us and my husband has fallen sick dealing with them we are staying and paying for our temporary accommodation. Overall a terrible experience. As a retired military member who has completed over 12 domestic and international moves I can say with zero doubt this is the absolute worst moving experience I have ever had. The sales team that books your reservation will tell you everything will get packed but then the movers arrived and were told something entirely different. I strongly recommend not using this company. I would give no stars if I could. Three weeks before the end of my move, I worked with an Account Manager (****** R) to do a household move. I They gave me a binding estimate for this in-city move, I sent them my deposit, and all was fine. ONE-day before the move, they (B/****) called to say the cost of the move would be $2000 more than the binding estimate. I was appalled. $3,000 instead of $1,000??! I had a binding estimate I said. ********, this company has to be one of the most dishonest companies out there! Not only do they quote you one price, and the rip you off if they make a mistake, they damage your belongings, steal them, and then ghost you when you are asking for a response. If dishonestly were a master class, Blvd moving would have an A. As a business, they Fail! I was recently quoted $2800 for a move, then blown off for 3 weeks. DO NOT US THEM! I moved from ********, ** to ***********. Most of my things were damaged and they didn't deliver on time. It was almost 2 weeks late. They promised my things would come straight to my new place and they put it into storage. It was a nightmare. They definitely subcontract out and are not honest about things. There contract for insurance afterwards is only cents to the pound not dollar value of items. So you think you're covered if anything is damaged but you're really not. I have made a lot of moves over the years, but BLVD was by far the worst. If you are considering using them, think again. They hired a 3rd part mover called Knight Movers. They promised 2 trucks, came with one and had to reschedule a second for the next day. Delivery was delayed several days, but they couldn't tell me why. When they were unpacking, they broke the handle off the refrigerator and couldn't fix it, and the ******* said OOPS sorry. No, no and no! Do Not use his company!!! If you want to get charged more each time you speak to them, have them demand you pay a deposit prior to communicating with the person who is actually supposed to pick up your belongings, have to get an attorney to get your deposit returned to you, change a flight, find another mover literally the day BLVD was just absolutely certain they would move you, after no less than 12 calls, then go ahead.
