The actual movers when we received our things we're very nice very polite and very helpful. After opening boxes we found that they had charged us for boxes that had stuff that we don't even know where it came from there would be either a light bulb a couple pieces of plastic and it's all things we got charged for moving that we're not even ours. They told us it would be here on a specific 2 days and we didn't get it for two more days and after that we called that morning to find out the total amount due they told us but then... read more

WORST company! 0 stars if I could! They lied to me about having no extra fees during my move. I was very clear while calling getting quotes for my move if there were any other fees that could come up during my moving process and they said no everything you see in the quote is what you pay and no more. When booking I said that I need my items delivered after work or on the weekend. I have been trying to get an update on my delivery for the past three weeks, but I havent received any resolution. Only the salesperson responds to my messages, but theres no concrete answer. Tomorrow marks 14 business days since my items were picked up on 12/23, and Im really concerned about whether my belongings are safe or if theyve been lost. No one is answering my calls, and this is causing me significant worry.

Worst mover experience ever. They cancelled on us initially. The movers got in the late and the the day after the contract expired then charged us an additional 2500 on top of it. **************** is a joke. Billing is a joke. Management is a joke. Given the lack of communication, bait and switch, the initial cancellation and general demeanor of the BLVD moving team I will be filing for a partial dispute with the credit card company. Criminals! They stole my large TV and my sons video games i and offered me 29 cents a pound for it! They wouldn't deliver my furniture as promised, I had to live in an empty house for a month. They stopped answering my calls, I had to call from a friend's phone to talk to someone.. They held my belongings hostage on the truck at delivery unless I gave them more another $1000. Over the weekend, was reaching out to long distance moving companies to get quotes and right away got a call from ***** from BLVD Moving company based out of **********. We did a virtual walk through of my house and he quoted me the estimated cost of the move. I was happy with his quick response to my questions and the inventory list. However, when I asked about payment using credit card, he said the company only took money orders or cash payments, before and after delivery. Once you hire BLVD communication will become terrible. Even on the day of delivery nobody would call me back or read email. But before I hired them they always responded within minutes. At 4:45pm on Fri I still didnt know if BLVD was arriving Sun at 8. I finally got told they were coming Mon. At 8 am Sun the driver called to say actually its today. Whatever quote they give you is worthless. Once the truck is packed that is when theyll tell you its going to cost $2,100 more. The driver told me the salesperson can say whatever... read more

I wanted to share my recent experience through BLVD moving . I used BLVD moving for long distance move from ***** to ************** on June 20th 2024 and requested all my goods to deliver to ************** address by 12th July. Every time i call the customer care they are not responding properly and they are saying 12th July is the first possible delivery date but not the firm delivery date. If I could give them zero stars I would.Buyer beware, they are extortionist!!!We were quotw $600 for 4 hours.Booked for 2 - 2 bedroom units in the same complex to one unit 15 minutes away.Started at 9;45 am, took over 2 hours on the first unit, everything for the second unit was already on the footpath ready to go.
