Richard helped me schedule Euro Delivery on my 435iXGC. We just returned from our trip and I wanted to say a few words about my experience at Rochester and also Rich. My second BMW from these folks. Bought my first car ever with this BMW. I was nervous about buying a car over the phone/mail but Erick made the process simple for me and kept me reassured. Being my first car purchase, I had a ton of questions. Erick was quick to respond to my emails and phone calls and never made me feel stupid about my concerns. I met Richard Bell when I entered the showroom of Rochester Hills BMW. Richard was, at all times, courteous, very knowledgeable, interested in my imput as to what I expected and what I wanted.
