This is my second BMW that I have leased from BMW of Rochester Hill and the experience was fantastic. The process was seamless and a pleasure. The dealership truly goes out of it's way to make each client feel special. Richard Bell again went above and beyond to take care of all my needs and make sure all the features of the car were explained and demonstrated. He truly has been a pleasure to work with.

Tonya Murray, a fantastic BMW sale agent. From the first time I spoke to her over the phone til I made a deal to lease a BMW car , she was/is a very great person/agent to deal with. I was to the point during my exploration to get a car , to just leave the dealership empty handed, but Tonya with professionalism didn't give up til she found a great solution for me. We closed the deal in one day! Erick was polite courteous and showed interest on my purchase.. The transaction was professional and had all the information for all the different scenarios I wanted to look at.. I will definitely go back for my next purchase. In addition he commit to send an extra key and the user manual over the mail in a couple of weeks.. I really appreciate the commitment and service

I stopped into the dealership for service on my existing vehicle today, with no intention of purchasing. The X5 M in the showroom caught my eye and Dave helped me transition from the current vehicle into the new one in a very short timeframe/ Heck, I even took delivery today. Erick Grubruck and Eric Lang provided exceptional customer service during my purchase. Eric L was able to find me the perfect vehicle that matched all of my high maintenance requests. Erick G was very friendly and patient with me and my daughter when we visited for a test drive. When I picked up my car Erick showed me how to use all of the features. Dave Griffin, the sales representative, was extraordinarily helpful to me during the whole process of purchasing my new BMW. I took delivery of the car in Spartanburg, SC at the BMW Performance Center. Thanks to Dave, and all of the small details that he competently handled, the visit to the Performance Center was a truly wonderful experience. Dave went out of his way for me to ensure that everything went smoothly.

jason and sales teamed worked very quickly to get me out of my convertible 1 series and into a pre owned 5. This was stress free and a very much laid back experience for me, which I prefer when selling/buying a car.

Great experience purchasing a CPO 5 series and.trading in my 2008 5 series. Frank Sands, the sales consultant was professional and extremely pleasant and easy to deal with.
