I had over the course of a few months did my homework on various BMW models and decided on a X 3. I also looked up used car values as I was trading in a 2008 Saab so I made an appointment with Frank for a Friday afternoon. Frank made the buying experience very simple and worked with my schedule to make sure everything was handled. He was professional and helpful throughout the entire process.
My search for a new 3 series had me talking to dealers all over the US. I was looking for a GT in Estoril Blue, M Sport package. I stopped in the Saturday before making my purchase/pickup and the process was seamless. Erick did not hound me to buy now, which I like. The entire process from start to finish was very smooth.
I went to BMW to look at the used Honda Civic. I met with a salesman names Eric. I did end up buying a car here and I was very impressed with Eric. This the best BMW dealership in the area and Friendly and helpful staff.
