I have been dealing with them since 2006 and feel well qualified to give the ratings I have given. Everyone is attentive and truly wants to take care of you. My (3 month old) 2014 750LI was totaled due to major flood damage during the heaviest storm seen in our area in almost 100 years. I have purchased cars in the past from your dealership. I have always had a positive experience. Frank was a great guy and paid close attention to us even though it was a small deal. I would deal with Frank again for sure in the future. The only issue i have with the dealership as a whole is whoever details the cars does not do a very good job. In a potentially confusing situation where I had a vehicle to trade in and wasn't sure what I wanted to purchase, it was very comforting to have experienced, knowledgeable and very friendly sales support from Erick. My lease on the 335 IX coupe was coming due in December . I was looking at a number of vehicles including BMW for the replacement. My previous BMW salesperson had left the dealership and I spoke with a new salesperson, Richard Bell. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was very helpful to my wife and myself.
