Frank Sands was very pleasant and enjoyable to work with during the purchase of our new (used) BMW. Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 BMW X3 and could not have been happier with the service! Frank patiently answered all of my questions in person (all 4 times I visited) and over the phone.
