When we arrived at the dealership looking for a CPO BMW we entered the new car showroom. We were greeted promptly and graciously escorted to the used car showroom where we were introduced to our salesman, Mr. Frank Sands. My experience was great at BMW of Rochester Hills. Richard Bell and Matthew Vazana assisted me in securing my new vehicle. Both were very accommodating and went the extra mile to earn my business. Richard even came in on a day off so I could take delivery on a day convenient for me. Top notch!
This was our first experience with this dealership. We were so very pleased with their service and friendliness. Their attitude with the children was really amazing. They allowed the kids to go through any and every car in the dealership. Our kids fell in love with the dealership before us and the car. I would recommend them to anyone and Sammi was the best salesperson we've ever come across.
I came in with my parameters and Eric helped me to find a car that worked with my specifications. I was not in any way oversold and was given a very personalized and attentive sales experience. This is my third BMW lease with BMW of Rochester Hills and I am just as pleased today as I was years ago. The staff is so friendly and attentive. My salesperson Richard Bell, was friendly, accomodating and he is definitely someone I would recommend to everyone. Overall, I cannot be happier once again with my new BMW.
