Rich & Matt made this one of the best car buying experiences ever. To begin, when the car model I initially was looking for was above budget, Rich Bell found a likely replacement. When I mentioned a concern over the size, he went me a picture of his 6' 4" self laying down inside the hatch area of the car. Very unique very entertaining AND very demonstrative. I recently purchased a BMW 7 series from Bavarian BWM. Frank Sands was my sales associate and made sure I was totally comfortable throughout the buying process. He displayed a no hassle type of attitude and was very knowledgeable on the vehicle I purchased. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. In my opinion, he is the true epitome of what a salesman should be and is very in tune with customer satisfaction and service. When I purchase my next BMW, I will definitely use Frank as my salesman.

I purchased a pre owned 328i recently, and the Sales rep was fairly knowledgeable about the car and courteous. Checking out the car, and judging the condition still requires your own judgment but the sales rep did not try to over rate the car which was good. Overall good experience.

Richard made the buying experience hassle free and tried to accommodate all changes and special requests. He went out of his way to find and propose features/activities that would fall in line with the type of vehicle being purchased. He is knowledgeable about performance line of BMW vehicles, and recommended for BMW M purchases. He was very proactive during ordering and production phases with constant electronic updates. My wife and I recently purchased an X3 from BMW of Rochester Hills after the lease on our current 328xi ended. We worked with Erick Grabruck over the course of several weeks to complete the transaction. We were not sure exactly which vehicle we wanted to replace our 328 and we were considering buying out that car as well.
