Purchasing my 428i Gran Coupe at BMW of Rochester Hills was a great experience. Erick Grabruck, Client Advisor was very helpful and informative about the vehicle I purchased. Erick's colleague Frank Sands was also very supportive during when I pick up my vehicle. Frank showed me all the technical features/options included with the vehicle. For my current vehicle purchase I was considering three different models from three different manufacturers. After test driving a BMW my manufacturers list was down to one. Entering into my second lease with Dave and the BMW team IN Rochester Hills. They welcomed me to the BMW experience 3 years ago and I’m officially addicted. They were able to work out creative deals and took care of me through the lease pull ahead process. Moreover and admittedly I can be overbearingly demanding and Dave has mastered the art of acknowledging my reasonable requests and professionally / diplomatically educating me on those requests that are unrealistic. He has my trust and my future business.
Dave was very responsive and helpful throughout the process (this is my second BMW working with him). He knows the vehicles very well and takes the time to go through features on delivery. He is accessible for questions any time I have called or emailed, and was a delight to work with.
Was very nice to me and called me said that why don't you speak with your parents and setup a appointment if they have time and I can meet you and your father and make sure the 2018 BMW M550I XDrive is the right vehicle for you and said I can give you a an aggressive price for and explained me every feature and what does it for example the remote parking feature and he told me that it will the park the car for you so you don't have to do it
BMW made an offer that was tough to deny, but my wife was worried about the payments. Tonya went to work for us over a couple of days. Our payments are where we need them and my wife could not be happier with her new car.
I have purchased a car in 2010 from Frank and 2 days ago have traded and purchased another BMW again from Frank. He is a fantastic person to deal with and took a lot of time to explain things which is what I liked most. He didn't rush me into a deal, but rather allowed me to think about a decision and walked me through couple options. Would give him a 6 star rating if it were available. Bought the car the same day. Great work from Frank and will be purchasing another BMW from him in the future.
They had the highest level of customer service. I had a very busy schedule with work, and they worked around it to my convenience. We closed at almost 9:15pm! David was very knowledgeable and helped select the perfect car that fit all my needs. Thank you!
