From the moment we got to the dealership, we had excellent professional service. Tonya Murray was exceptional in her approach and knowledge of the vehicles. After having my 2010 528XI totaled in an auto accident I was looking for a replacement vehicle. I went to look for a CPO 5series and test drove several vehicles. My sales rep Erick Grabruck was very gracious and extremely helpful. After a brief negotiation I purchased a low mileage CPO 5series. Erick stayed an hour past closing on a Friday night to help finalize the purchase and even picked me up when I dropped off my rental vehicle and drove me back to the dealership. This is our second BMW from Rochester Hills. Tonya Murray did a great job understanding my needs and getting me into the car I wanted.
This was maybe not the smartest thing I have ever done, but I flew up there and bought a car from them sight unseen. I was a little worried throughout the process that A) the car wouldn't be as described or otherwise somehow wouldn't meet expectations and B) once I was there with the keys on the desk staring me in the face, the numbers would magically change, as I've had happen more than once at various dealers in the past (bariel honda in Pittsburgh, what a dirt pile that is .. completely tried to hustle me like I'm an idio... read more
David was awesome from beginning to end. He answered all my questions and concerns. He helped me compare prices and just made me feel comfortable with the decision I was making in general. After having my CPO BMW for several months, I managed to do something which turned on the navigation "guidance to home". Try as I might, I couldn't figure out how to turn it off...or what I had done in the first place to turn it on. Kyle offered to help me when I called him, but we couldn't correct it on the phone.
