My first visit to Eric's office goes back to almost a year ago. I really liked talking with him to find a car, since his behavior was totally different than a normal dealer. Dealers do their best to sell a car to you by pushing you for different options and calling back different times. This makes most buyers uncomfortable since they know there is a catch when a dealer calls you or push you for options. Frank is good with BMW knowledge. He explained / reviewed with each of us separately and gave detail functional aspects of each unit of/inside BMW. Up to point and won't waste time with other stuff.
David was helpful with his thorough knowledge of the vehicle. And he is very kind person with quick responses and was very prepared. I really enjoyed his service and would recommend him to others.
David was amazing he helped us customize our daughters sweet 16 bday BMW X4. He took the time to show her how to use the car with all the safety features. Thanks for being flexible and working with our needs. Very kind approachable sales person I would highly recommend him!

Dave found me a vehicle another BMW dealer told me did not exist. He was a pleasure to work with- following up without being pushy is an art form which Dave has mastered. Since I was the one inquiring about the vehicle, he spoke to me even though my husband was with me, again, not something other sales folks have mastered. I highly recommend Dave Griffin.
