The general manager, Matthew, was absolutely outstanding and accommodated me with special consideration unmatched by any dealership anywhere. I have purchased two vehicles from Jason and have nothing but positive things to say about him. He is extremely easy to work with, professional, and does not hesitate to go out of his way for his customers. You can tell he really cares. Sammi Naoum made my most recent car purchase enjoyable and painless. This dealership has a nice showroom and waiting area. My purchase was handled seemlessly. My car was detailed perfectly when I picked it up. Jonathan Griffin, BMW Genius, did a thorough job of explaining all the features of my new ride. I recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a BMW.

I love my new bmw. Sammi Naoum was very professional too me & respectful that's my I didn't go to Mercedes or Audi across the street. He made the sale easy & fun. Jonathon griffin also helped with showing me how to use the buttons. Very nice of him.

I've just leased my 2nd car from Richard and it couldn't of been a better experience. For the first time buying a car I really didn't know what I wanted and he let me test drive pretty much every car to see what I liked. Very knowledgeable on every car from the specs, prices and the deals on them. I got a great deal and he worked with me on the options I wanted. My first interaction was brief but right to the point. I was assigned to the proper salesman and most of our interaction was via e-mail. It was everything I had hoped for. Erick Grabruck was able to meet all of my needs and do so in a quick an efficient manner. I started looking on Tuesday and left with the car on Saturday. I just leased my 2nd 535i from BMW of Rochester Hills and Richard Bell was my Client Advisor. I had a great experience with Richard a smooth transaction from ordering to delivery, he is the best! It was raining the day I closed on the car and I did not want to drive it home that evening in the rain, so Richard came in the next day (on his first day of vacation) to hand the over the keys and go over the new options!
