My lease was ending soon on my wife's 328i and we went to meet with Brad to see what our options were. I purchased a used 3-series and my experience with the sales staff was excellent. Everyone I worked with was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I never felt like I was being manipulated or deceived; even when speaking about competitor's vehicles, the sales staff was honest about how their vehicles compared. All-in-all, it was a pleasant experience, and I would certainly return for business in the future.
Besides having to move across the country and having to quickly get settled in, Erick not only helped me get my dream car, 535xi, but he gave me a great deal and made the process quick and easy. I went to the dealer on May 31, 2016, and in about an hour later, I walked out with a deal that I was happy with. I bought my first BMW 228i xdrive Convertible. Jason was very informative, responsive, and honest. I felt at ease dealing with him and asking questions. The others at the dealership were equally kind and pleasant to deal with. They covered all bases. For one of the first times, I left the dealership completely comfortable that I knew how to operate the extras that the car had, without the need to read the owner's manual when I got home! Yay!
Specially for international people like me this was such an amazing experience, quick service, prompt responses, such an excellent experience overall, I would definitely buy my car from there.
