I just leased by 2nd BMW with BMW of Rochester HiIls and Richard Bell was my salesman for both transactions. I do not feel it is appropriate to call him my salesman-he has become a friend. He has helped me so much over the last 3+ years with my vehicles. It is not unusual for me to give him a request for tech support and he always gets me straightened out. Recently purchased a 2016 X1 from Richard Bell. As it was on my "bucket list", it was important that I have a good experience. I couldn't have had a better sales advisor! Very pleased with my first BMW. From the initial test drive to signing the dotted lines, the entire experience was fantastic. Tonya was an absolute joy to work with. She was friendly, patient, listened to my concerns and was able to answer all of my questions. Yes, I will recommend her to anyone I know who may be interested in purchasing or leasing a BMW. And I will definitely get my second BMW from her when the time comes.
Great buying expierence! David Griffin made my recent purchase very easy. He was very patient and informative. I had recently visited another BMW dealership and wasn't taken seriously. The salesperson made no attempt to find the vehicle that I was interested in buying. David found my vehicle in record time!

Initially Erick resolved my car search by identifying a certified/pre-owned BMW that I thought exceeded my expectations. The next day when my wife joined me only to discover.....Oh !&x# sold.
