From the moment I spoke with the Pre-Owned Sales Manager Eric Lang through the entire process with the Client Adviser Erick Grabruck as well as the Finance Manager David De Haan who made my entire experience a pleasurable, enjoyable and an effortless process! I came in to the dealership thru the Costco discount program. Brad explained how it worked, he showed me the different Sport Utilities and reviewed different options. I was very impressed with his professionalism. I had a BMW to sell. I preferred to sell it on my own. Brad gave me helpful tips and called me to check on progress. I ordered my X1, sold my car, and took delivery of my new BMW just last week. Everything went very smoothly. I have already given his name and number to someone in the market for a new BMW.
This was one of the best car sales experiences I have had! Frank Sands was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the sales process easy and complete. Never did I feel pressured to make a purchase. He even dropped off our Resistall paint protection packed at my home address. I will definitely be coming back to BMW Rochester Hills!
