Service and attention to detail by Mr Sands can only be summed up as impeccable. This is our second 5 series BMW delivered to us by him. The car itself is aesthetically stunning. Worked with Dave and always appreciate his willingness to let us test drive any vehicle we request, on our own, but who is always there to answer any questions or concerns. This is the 3rd BMW I've purchased with Sammi as my sales representative and each time I've been completely satisfied with his attention to details, making sure I've gotten the exact product I wanted. I need to urgently replace a vehicle totaled in an accident. Unfortunately, starting the day after the accident, I was traveling out of the country for 10 days and was unable to visit dealerships. In October 2015 we bought a new 3 series Sport Wagon which was built for us in Germany. We worked with Erick Grabruck, whom we met with 3 times. He was courteous, knowledgeable and responsive. Jonathan Griffin gave us an excellent Encore training session. Wayne Youngblood, the general manager, was also very helpful and a pleasure to get to know. This dealership experience was head and shoulders better than any prior dealer experience we have had. I look forward to working with them in the future.
