Sammi took the time to explain the differences and the benefits of the various different BMW models on offer. He then took me out on a test drive on the vehicle which best suited my needs; he fully explained and showed the operation of all all the features on the vehicle. Tonya was very helpful and patient in the whole purchase - leasing process. This is the second BMW we've purchased and still own our 2004 BMW 325i that we purchased from BMW of Rochester Hills(formerly BAVARIAN ). Although the dealership has grown since our first purchase back in 2004 they still provide the same small personal service touch! Couldn't be more satisfied with the whole experience !!! glp
