A few days ago, my wife and I took delivery of our second vehicle in 18 months from BMW of Rochester Hills. Most recently, we worked with Brad Paris and had an outstanding experience from my first e-mail to Brad to driving the car off the lot; he was a pleasure to work with. The service experience with our X3 (the vehicle we purchased in June of 2014) has also been excellent -- loaners are typically available and if not, I've been shuttled to work without issue. I have been keeping in touch with Tonya Murray since July, she made sure to update me on promotions and vehicles that may have been of interest. I was glad that she was patient and consistent. I finally was able to get the car I wanted, with an attractive note! Tonya was great to work with...knowledgeable, respectful and she returned phone calls promptly. Thanks so much Tonya.

My experience at BMW of Rochester Hills was enjoyable start to finish. Jason made the car buying process fun but most importantly stress free, which is not always the case when buying a vehicle. He is both pleasant and professional and willing to go out of his way to offer the best car buying experience possible. I met Jonathan after he reached me and reminded me of the convenience of going through a explanation and demonstration of all the features of my car which, not being very tech savy myself, I did consider very useful. Jonathan was very patient with me in many ways. Work at the office forced me to be late for the appointment, but Jonathan had no problem at all adjusting his schedule for me. When I went in to the Rochester Hills, BMW dealership, I was not 100 % certain that I wanted to try a BMW. As a matter of fact, I was just comparing the BMW & another luxury vehicle that I was considering, but at least I wanted to drive one so I could make a fair decision. There was no comparison. I called the dealership with questions on a 3 series. Jason Anderegg a sales representative was able to get me in for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable and excellent to work with. My call turned into a purchase and I hope to see Jason again when ready for my next vehicle.

From the moment I stepped into BMW of Rochester Hills, I new I was leaving with a new car. Once I got my new car, I knew I was going to become a brand loyalist. The staff at this dealership are top notch ...from management to sales to service ...they are the best in the industry!
