I first called the office in Riverside to find out how costly it would be to have my husband's car serviced after not having it serviced for the past two years. I had a very good experience. The test drive was unhurried and I was treated very politely. I left being confident that I could work all the features of the car and I would buy from them again and recommend the dealership to my friends.

I honestly expected that I would test drive the BMW that I was interested in and fall in love, only to find out that it was too expensive for me. So, I was very pleasantly surprised when my Client Adviser Mark Decker brought me a preliminary deal with a very fair offer on my trade-in, a reasonable price for the new car, as well as a couple of extras that I had mentioned were important to me in a new car purchase.
