Called to get a quote they were very friendly and tried their best to work with me even though I was younger than the average BMW owner. They were very professional they gave me a very extended and very informing test drive which made me fall more in love with my purchase. After the test drive they gave me a bottom line price without having to haggle with them so I purchased and took the car home same day. Nick handled the initial assessment and write up well despite dealing with an prickly interruption from another "client", and Jessica made the check for the rental car a breeze. The service department at this dealer always goes above and beyond at everything. It's 61 miles from my home but well worth the trip out to Riverside. Their loaner cars are great and aren't covered in ads for the dealership like most other dealers do around me. If you're coming to this dealer for service, see John.

It was closing time but got the car taken care of and a rental car all after closing and made to feel was no bother
It was very easy to setup an appointment. They were courteous and when I was late they still accommodate me. They were very professional and informative. They provided us with a courtesy car. I would definitely recommend them and would go back.
