I went in for regular scheduled maintenance on my 328i (brake fluid, and oil gasket housing had a leak, all covered by warranty, i only paid a small deductible of $50 to replace it). I had to wait a short while for a loaner vehicle to become available so I can get back to work. The lady that helped me in the service department (sorry I forgot your name)was very apologetic that she did not have a fueled vehicle and that i had to fill it on my own, because there was no available gas cards to fuel the car. I hate to buy cars! Larry Winkler at Riverside BMW completely changed my mind about all of this. He is quite simply the best car person I have ever dealt with. After going to 3 dealerships in SoCal Riverside has been by far the most outstanding. They are quick and professional and extremely communicative and helpful. The service that Travis provided was exceptional. He listened to our concerns and ensured that our vehicle would be running the way it is suppose to. He made sure that we had a courtesy vehicle waiting for us upon arrival and took care of everything in a timely manner.
