This is one dealership that should be referred to the Bureau of Automotive Affairs in California, the Better Business Bureau and BMW and North America. The arrogance of service manager Huges (and his minion George) is exceeded only by his ignorance of technical matters and ineptitude in customer relations. BEAUTIFUL dealership, and large showroom. Dealt with Mike while looking at a Z4. Offered a test drive, and it lasted a good 15 minutes. Unfortunately, he didn't know a key item about the car, which was disappointing. Otherwise, good experience. I wasn't ready to buy yet (still in my current lease), so no numbers were discussed.
