"Awful service" Not sure where I want to begin with the awful service I received. I initially brought my vehicle in for an oil leak and dash indicating the engine oil level was low. I inquired about having my front brakes and later decided not to move forward with brakes due to oil leak expenses. I also had an oil change. My brake fluid was filled which I didn’t request. "Overbooking and long waits in service department." I would recommend this dealership with a caution to be aware that their service department overbooks their schedule maintenance and has you wait for hours until they get to your car to work on it. This has happened to me several times with the most recent one was where I was scheduled for a 1:10 appointment and was told that it would take 6 to 7 hours for CBS Brake fluid check and a Standard Scope Service. "Salesman was great, service SUCKED" I have purchased/lease several cars from this dealership over the decades, but my most recent lease will be my last. The sales department was great, but when it comes to their service dept, it totally burned me and made me decide to switch to Mercedes for my next new car. The service personnel are awful, rude and treat you worse than just a "number" when you come in. Trying to decide whether to buy BMW or MBZ????? MBZ all day long. We made the mistake of purchasing a new BMW from this dealership a year ago. Not until after the transaction was completed and we had taken delivery of the vehicle, did they disclose that the free 12 months Satellite radio would not be activated by the dealership unless we paid them an additional $500.00 (to activate the software which takes appx 3-5 minutes), and they were not at all nice to deal with once the transaction had been completed. When i decided not to trade in my bmw for a new beemer after test driving i just decided the car was not for me at the moment and i wanted to come back at a later time. The director of internet sales starting screaming at me basically i was wasting his time because i decided not to proceed. Such a jerk. I was dealing with Daisy then he came along. My wife had just completed 16 month of cancer treatments and I was going to buy her a 430i as a present. They did not have what we wanted so we ordered one. The salesman was pretty useless and configuring it the way we wanted so I had to do his job for him. The car took 114 days to arrive and when we went to pick it up, we discovered they had ordered the wrong color. I would never reccomend this dealershit to any of my friends or family because they are dishonest and shady and the level of customer service is terrible to none. I recently went in with my son to test drive a cpo bmw specifically asking to look at 6 cyl. cars or above as my current vehicle was a lexus is350 and was told that I would have to look at 5 series or above because the 3 series which I originally was interested in were only 4cyl. so not knowing a whole lot about cars and motor sizes other than how fast the gas peda... read more
