Called in, Manny Santos gave me a lot of information over the phone, worked on the price, did everything over the phone and just came in, test drove a Certified 3 series and I just signed paperwork. Highly recommend this dealership.
We purchased a 2017 430 for our son. Buying the car was a breeze. I did it over the phone and the car was delivered to my son at his college residence. Last week the car went through a routine service. Good to their word, they picked up the car at our residence, on time and left a loaner. They returned the vehicle the next day as promised.
I'm with them for life!!!! I'm not only pleased with the greetings, promptness, and superb service that I've received, I'm also pleased with how I've witnessed how they treat the other customers and visitors while I was in the Waiting area. I give my overall visit a 10
Not the best looking or largest dealer in L.A. but the service department is great. My Service Advisor Paul explained and noticed things about my car that Southbay BMW did not.
