Their service advisers offer excellent service, their technicians are precise and their knowledge of the vehicles is superior. I have received excellent advise and service from Ivan Montejano in their Mini department for the past 5 years that I have been dealing with him.

Excellent customer service. James Piper was extremely helpful and honest and I am very satisfied with my purchase. It's been a year since I bought my car and whenever I have questions about service or parts he responds to my emails quickly. Thank you James!

Julie was great. She answered all my questions about the two cars I was looking at. She was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and the differences. I actually had a good time spending a lot of of money!

I wanted to buy a good car and was looking around town at various BWM dealerships. When I went to Nick Alexander, Julie Saunders was extremely helpful, unlike other frog-up-their xxxxx kind of staff I encountered at other places. She was quite knowledgeable and I ended up buying my car the same day from here. The day I picked up my car, it got hit while parked on the street. I was reluctant to return here after a previous experience but went anyway and was glad I did. I went in to have a headlight replaced. Immediately Elan advised a worker to check the bulletin as he believed that both headlights should be changed at the same time. When he went out to inspect the car, he came back and told me that he would have them to also replace my windshield wiper blades. He found that problem on his own based on the lines left on the windshield. Never has anyone noticed a problem that wasn't pointed out. E... read more

I leased a 2007 335i coupe when I was 21 and this dealership was professional and courteous. I had a great experience with them in the 3 years I went there to service my car. The service staff is knowledgeable and friendly. As is the sales staff. Since then, I recommended my mother to this dealership who bought a 2011 528i and my sister who bought a 740Li with me co-signing. Joe Pinedo is a great sales person who I recommend greatly. Great experience overall.

I had outstanding service by the Sales Manager (Mark D) and salesman (Edgar). Would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. It was worth driving from Orange County to Los Angeles
