Nick Alexander's service department is excellent in all respects. From greeting the customer to processing the service request and getting the customer on his or her way - often with a courtesy car or a convenient on-site rental - to processing warranty requests, to promptly and expertly performing the work, to washing the cars after service, to quickly processing payment when the customer returns for their car, this is a top flight operation.
Called Alex on the phone, he physically inspected the vehicle I was interested in to confirm options, and had the vehicle ready for test drive as soon as I arrived at the dealership. He gave me a fair offer on my trade-in, as well as on the new vehicle. I was back on the road with my new vehicle in less than two hours. Alex gets it. Great overall customer experience.
Halton Martinez explained in detail the maintenance repair needed on my 2009 Mini Cooper S. He was kind and courteous and my car runs beautifully now. I'm always impressed as to how clean the service area is maintained and how beautiful my car looks when I pick it up. Nick Anderson Mini Cooper is a top notch company!
