My experience with Nick Alexander Imports was fantastic. They took the time to explain different car options, gave me the best price compared to 2 other dealerships, and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was easy. It was the smoothest transaction I have ever had buying a car. In addition, they have followed-up on several occasions to ensure I am enjoying the car! Amazing service even after they made the sale!! I highly recommend them.
Just leased my 4th consecutive BMW from this dealership. The lease deal was better than other BMW dealers including Santa Monica, Pacific, New Century and North Hollywood. Got more than I expected for the price from very friendly sales staff. They personally delivered the car and took away my prior vehicle. The other BMW dealers in L.A., particularly the ones in Santa Monica and Beverly Hills are not the nicest to deal with. Attitude galore, actually. BUT, Nick Alexander BMW is super friendly with great service. These guys are great and I recommend taking your care there for service or buying.
I purchased a CPO vehicle '06 BMW 550i. Originally came to test drive a 530, but it just didn't have the right feel for me. Shahin then showed us the 550i which handled beautifully. I wished then that I had done some research on the vehicle, but it was not that much more than the 530. I just purcahsed my New BMW M5 From there and I have to say that the sales person there Josh McClure was the nicest person I have ever met in my life, three other sales people walked by me lookes like they were going to lunch and Josh walked up to me and asked me if I needed help and he got me the best deal in town I will never by another BMW unless its from Josh thanks.
Very professional dealership. Been taking my car their for service for 4 years now, and because of the good customer service just bought a new vehicle there as well (M6). Well worth the drive. Kudos to the sales, service and management team.
I bought a CPO BMW (Z4 2.5) through the internet from Robert Lee. He was a pleasure to deal with. The price I got was a steal and the service was first class. I flew down from San Francisco to LAX. He picked me at the airport to the dealership. My new CPO Z4 was on the showroom floor detailed and all gased up for me to drive back home (6 hrs to SF).
