Alexander was really willing to bargain to get my business. All dealerships are double-talkers and they try every trick in the book, but these guys really were willing to lower their asking price on cars to get you to buy. Other dealers around LA just show you the door when you ask them if they'll accept anything less than whatever inflated value they are asking. I haven't had work done with them yet, so I didn't judge that.
This is my 5th lease with NA BMW. Being a woman, my past experiences with other dealers was very unpleasant, most dealers talk down to female customers. Every client manager & finance manger I've worked with Nick Alexander have been respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. With my recent lease, John Daley was my client manger and was pleasure to work with. John was very friendly, respectful, replied to emails and calls in a timely manner. This is my 5th lease with Nick Alexander and Daniel Fox. He reached out to me 4 months before my lease was over and offered to order me a car " just in case" we couldn't find anything when my lease was up. I took him up on the offer and SO glad that I did. During those four months we looked off and on for something close to what I currently had, and nothing was even close. It was refreshing to find a salesperson who was proactive and on my side.
