"Addressed a recall defect " Recall issue was solved. I am very satisfied. Once I contacted BMW of Ramsey, I was brought in quickly to have the recall identified and then corrected. A loaner car was provided and I was truly appreciative..
"Truly amazing!" When I went into Prestige I was not sure if I could get the car of my dreams. Andrew was nice enough to spend half the day with me and allowed me to drive multiple cars until, I was able to find the right one. He was able to get me all the features and the model within my price range. He truly is a dream worker! I am very grateful that he was able to help me. "Stress relief!!" Andrew provided the type of service rarely experienced anymore. Coordinated every facet of a difficult situation and put me in the car that I really wanted.
