"Always Exceptional" I've been with this dealership for a few years and both sales and service are always exceptional. Ask for Jorge Velarde in sales. He's straightforward, professional, and I've never seen someone work so hard to satisfy a customer. Have not had the same experience at other BMW/luxury dealers in the area!

Diana leads the customer experience like no other friendly, efficient she raises the bar to a new standard. She also encouraging to check in with the sales department to test the new models.
"Cara is wonderful and very helpful" Everyone is very nice at the dealership! I choose to work with this dealership over the place where I actually bought my car. I had a bad buying experience at Orange County BMW, However BMW of Ramsey fixed that all for me when I had my car serviced. Excellent place!

"Efficient!" Went for my yearly maintenance. The team was quick and accurate about my wait time. They got me in and out as quickly as possible.
"Courtesy service visit" Would have been good to know an estimated time. Know it’s difficult but did not expect to be there two hours. Showroom and waiting area were excellent, as also was the laptop/internet access. Staff were friendly and professional.
