" My advisor Anna was fabulous !!" My customer experience was fantastic. Everything was handled professionally. When I came in half an hour late the service manager was eager to get me right in. They offered additional service and wheel alignment that was Finished The same day and with a discount.
"Fabulous staff and great service" Nothing but good stuff to say about the quality of work done and responsiveness of the service staff. Diana is awesome and their foreman Chris is super detail oriented and willing to test drive with you better investigate any issue.
"much better than previous visits fastert and more couteous" very fast service upon entrance to shop, much better than before... a lot of confusion at pick up however, was given wrong receipt, and consequently wrong car was brought up. getting overall better than previous visits... Loaner was available on time and my car when picked up was very clean.

"Front right tire with air leak" Cameron greeted me when I came in and was very polite asking me the reason for my visit. I told him the car was under lease with insurance for tire related issues. Cameron kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle which was delivered back to me on time.
"Repair side mirror " Ramsey BMW was extremely professional with the handling and repair of the melting passenger side mirror. The repair only took one day after the part had arrived.
"Great Experience" Prestige BMW has the most incredible service center. I am always comfortable speaking to and dealing with the staff. They listen to my needs and have taken care of any situation swiftly. I never get stressed when something comes up- I know they will handle it well!
"Brakes, oil change, etc...." Prestige is the best BMW dealership around ! Great staff, awesome service ! Recommend everyone to go there, you won't be disappointed ! Happy that Tony Circelli is back!
