"Very pleasing. Professional and accommodating." The service representative Cara was so professional and accommodating. All my concerns were quickly addressed. Cara was very good with communicating to me the process and status of my automobile.
"Great Salesman, good selection and no gimmics" This was one of the easiest car buying experience I had. Mark, the salesman I worked with was recommended by a good friend of mine. He was very easy to deal with. So far so good, but the bad sides of the dealership comes to play only after the first service appointment. My experience with Palisades Volkswagen in Nayack made me wish I had an opportunity to go back and change my review. I hope this will not be a similar experience.

"Issue resolved" They took time to understand the issue and did not return the car until it was resolved and provided a loaner vehicle for as long as it took.
"Excellant experience" I went to Prestige BMW for service after purchasing a CPO car. They repaired all issues for no charge. They stand by their product and i am glad that I purchased the car there.
"Great Customer Service" Customer Service is a must, dealership had all the bases covered. From the moment you first arrive the meet and greet, explanation of service and text messaging on all aspects of the service while I had coffee. My issue was the replacement of center vents, minor and still handled professionally. Very Happy...
