Dwayne Wong was extremely knowledgeable and thorough when explaining all the details of my 2018 740i He made all the high tech features of the vehicle very simple to understand. I have been a prestige customer at their mercedes benz dealership in paramus for 15 years now.I wanted something different so i took a ride up to their bmw dealership was introduced to tim gallagher and it was as if we were old friends. after a short test ride it wasnt but a couple of minutes and closed the deal on a preowned vehicle thank's to tim and lamont who made it as easy as possible.

This is my fourth lease through Prestige BMW, and my third working with Lori Asserson. I drive 45 miles to get to Prestige, passing another BMW dealership that is much closer, but there is a reason, and that reason is Lori. Each experience with Lori surpasses the last. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient, and will move mountains if necessary. I have made several BMW purchases/leases over the years and each time I am in the market, I go to Prestige BMW in Ramsey, NJ. I travel the 20+ miles to Ramsey, NJ for one main reason, Lori Asserson. Dwayne is a great help with evaluating and learning all of the new technology on these cars. He was immensely helpful during my test drive and when I picked up my car, reviewing many of the new features.
