I have purchased several times from this dealership before. Each time that I go the Sales help is exceedingly helpful and informative. They give me many options are always focused on the customers value proposition. In this case they gave me a wide selection of preowned 2017 3 series. Lori is a superb resource and a delightful bright lady. I sincerely appreciate her.

This is my 3rd time leasing a car with Lori. Lori was well prepared when I arrived for my appointment. She knew which options were important to me and had several vehicles lined up for me to review. The entire process was quick and very pleasant. Also, Daniela did a fantastic job training me on my new 530.

Excellent job with explanation of the amenities that this car has. Dwayne Wong really knows BMW's . Looking forward to the the follow up visit so my wife will be able to drive the car. Also would like to especially thank Ray Espinoza, without him we would not have purchased the car. He worked relentlessly even came in on his day off to deliver the car.

From being greeted at reception, until delivery of my vehicle- Prestige BMW lives upto it’s reputation. Our Sales Associate was knowledgeable and did not pressure us. The Product Geniuses, Dwayne and Danielle were helpful and made sure I understood every feature of my new car. The Loan Manager, Rob swiftly corrected a minor error on the contract. Prestige for its atmosphere, business philosophy and customer service receives 5 stars from me.

Just recently bought a certified pre-owned car through Prestige. Was looking for a good value and I found it here. Everyone was incredibly friendly and professional while I was onsite and remained flexible throughout the experience to accommodate my family's busy schedule. Both sales and finance went the extra mile to get me the car I wanted at the price I needed and I couldn't be happier. We will remain a long time BMW owner because of our recent experience.

I had a great experience at Prestige BMW. Lori Asserson went above and beyond to help make my deal happen. I traveled 100 miles to get my new 2018 540i from Prestige and it was because of Lori’s comment. The delivery process was easy and Kristin Perwas was super helpful in helping me get familiar with my new car. Overall a great experience and I would recommend Prestige BMW and Lori to anyone who would want a BMW.
