This is my third BMW X 1 lease and I have always been more than satisfied with Prestige Ramsey from sales to service. Sam Shaheta made the whole sales experience easy as buying/leasing a new car can be somewhat stressful...decisions, decisions. Dwayne did an excellent job explaining the new car features as they were very different from what I had previously. The customer service at Prestige is outstanding!
