I've leased many cars over the years, dealing with a plethora of sales personnel. However, Mrs. Lori Asserson stands alone, Her integrity sets her apart from the rest. I had such a helpful staff pick out a new used car.Daniela showed me how to use the features of my car and I found that very useful. I have leased vehicles for the past 20 years and have often found that the sales person's knowledge of the product is far less than mine. Luckily, Lori Asserson was the exception to this and her ability to understand my needs and work with me made the entire process a pleasure. Lori provided an excellent client experience. Lori understood my needs and made it easy to do business. Quality of the product is most important but Sales and operations are always the unsung heroes.
