3rd lease with Lori, done totally over email, no hassle, no runaround. Coordinated getting lease returned and new lease done - quick and easy. Kristen awesome at getting us up and running quickly. Less than 1.5h all in all, including inspection and return of prior lease.

Today I purchased my first BMW car, an X3. Driving home in the snow , it handed so well. It is a beautiful car. thank you. Our salesperson Tim was generous with his time and making sure during my test drive that I felt comfortable behind the wheel. In addition, Daniela was very patient and thorough with all my questions while she explained all the BMW "Bells and Whistles" of my new car. Prestige BMW offers the most pleasant leasing/buying experience I have ever had. This is my 2nd lease with Lori Asserson. She is an experienced professional who handles each transaction with ease and grace while eloquently displaying her knowledge of all vehicles available. Just leased my second 5 series and wow I love this car! Greg Scott was super to work with and I appreciate Dwyane’s help getting me started with all of the bells and whistles. But the rock star at this dealership is Diana in Service. Happy New Year to all!!

I have dealt with Lori Asserson for well over 10 years on several cars and each time she makes it an easy process to get the right vehicle at a fair price. I would highly recommend her if you're looking at a BMW.

Tim Gallagher made it very easy to make the decision to purchase. He offered a number of vehicles in stock and went over the differences in each which made it very easy to select which vehicle we wanted. His approach was professional and we never felt pressured.
