Prior to visiting the dealer, I had sent in an internet question and was promptly responded to by Jasmine Estevez. She answered all of my questions and then forwarded me to Mike Lebron, a client adviser in the sales department. Mike worked quickly to pull the car from new lease turn-in and have it prepped and ready for my inspection in time for the appointment I made with him.
