Frank Salzano was the most experienced and helpful car salesman ever. This was my fourth BMW purchase and by far the best. He made sure that I knew all the extras in my cars package, returned calls promptly, offered coffee and snacks. He just made the whole experience stress free.

I have been leasing with Prestige for many years and for some reason thought about trying out a different brand of vehicle and even for that matter, a different BMW dealer. They say that doing that only makes you appreciate what you have. Tim Gallagher did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend him. He made us feel like family. This was the best car buying experience we ever had. Friendly with no pressure. Purchased a CPO (lease return) at Prestige, coming from a long distance to buy. Everyone at the dealership from the time arrived until the time we left was courteous and professional. Wasn't treated like a 2nd class citizen for buying used. Leased a new car through this dealership. They have high level of customer service, all very friendly and willing to go extra mile, and was treated very well throughout. Able to work to deal financials quickly and felt that all information was presented fairly and openly to me. Two areas of feedback - salesman didn't have an accurate grasp of inventory on the lot, and tried to sell me a car already sold. He did rectify that over next several days.
