We enjoyed our experience in purchasing a used BMW. Our salesman, Max Carela, gave both of us a test drive and explained the many features of this great car. He walked us through all the paperwork, including getting an on the spot inspection and filing all the papers so we don't have to visit the always crowded state motor vehicle office. He has followed up with us after the sale. he is a very pleasant gentleman.
This is the over the 12th car we have purchased from prestige Bmw and have always been completely satisfied. Lori Asserson is our go to salesperson and we would recommend her highly.
Once again( third vehicle), had a great experience leasing my new BMW X5. My sales person Lori Asserson, again my third vehicle with her was great. I could have gone to dealerships that were closer to where I live, but none that have a better sales person than Lori nor the rest of the staff that I dealt with.
I have been going to Prestige BMW for many years, and my husband and I have always received excellent service. Recently my husband surprised me with a beautiful 5 series and it wouldn't have been possible without the Prestige staff and our loyal salesman Frank Salzano. Lori was the best. She was able to deliver on everything I was looking for. She always made herself available and answered any and all questions I had. I couldn't image leasing a car with anyone else.
