Frank Jr was a great salesperson. I called several BMW dealers and was disappointed that they didn't know the model number for the car I wanted. Frank knew what exactly what I was talking about and did a great job. He answered all my questions and did a great job where's many others fell flat. The only reason I didn't buy from Frank was I was looking for a very very specific car. I called many dealerships and spoke to many morons until I called prestige and Frank Jr.

Lori Asserson has sold me 3 BMW's. She is like a member of the family. She is strong, friendly, efficient, and one of the smartest advisors i have ever worked with in sales. I have purchased 7 Mercedes, 3 Toyota Siennas, and 3 BMWs from the Prestige family in the last 15 years. I think we are now a BMW family. We are looking forward to the longer X5 version in the next few years. So, i will see Lori in 2 years or less.
