After contacting several dealers in the area looking to get out of my current lease and into another vehicle utilizing the pull ahead program, no one seemed interested. I just purchased a 228i. The salesman, Frank Salzano, was very helpful and guided the experience expertly. Today I returned to get some more information about some of the features on the car, particularly the navigation system, which is very nice but has so many features that initially it's a bit intimidating. My wife and I were having great difficulty resolving an issue with our car warranty.
